1 Software Service Scope

Ultimate Timing develops and distributes race management software, automated scoring algorithms, telemetry trackers, and event coordination utilities for radio-controlled (RC) racing clubs, tracks, and drivers.

Ultimate Timing is provided as a digital utility. We do not operate individual RC race tracks, do not officiate local club competitions, and do not employ race directors.

2 Independent Tracks & Payment Disclaimer

Tracks, race promoters, and hobby clubs utilizing Ultimate Timing operate as completely independent third-party entities.

3 Hardware Limitations & Race Director Authority

Radio-controlled race timing is fundamentally dependent on physical hardware, wireless radio-frequency (RF) signals, and environmental conditions:

• Provided "AS IS": Ultimate Timing is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Physical Factors: Lap detection can be affected by broken loop wires, radio interference, defective transponders, low receiver voltage, carbon fiber shielding, or high-speed track accidents. Ultimate Timing does not guarantee 100% transponder hit rates.
• Final Authority of the Race Director: The on-site Race Director / Track Official has complete and final authority over all race classifications, lap adjustments, track penalties, jump-start calls, and official podium standings. Ultimate Timing is a scoring tool and is not liable for contested race results.

4 User Conduct & Sportsmanship

Users agree to use Ultimate Timing in a lawful, ethical, and sportsmanlike manner. You agree not to:

• Spoof, manipulate, or inject fabricated transponder packets or lap records into timing sessions;
• Attempt unauthorized access to other track configurations, driver accounts, or database instances;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with proprietary timing algorithms or audio synthesizer pipelines;
• Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct within driver rosters or public track chats.

5 Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

The Ultimate Timing name, logo, graphic designs, interfaces, timing algorithms, sound cues, and codebase are the proprietary intellectual property of Ultimate Timing. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the service without prior written authorization.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ultimate Timing and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of race winnings, equipment damage, travel expenses, data loss, or event disruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
